With VIDA, you can perform a location-specific analysis of classical natural hazards for your residential and commercial properties. After entering the address (or coordinates), you select the property type (e.g., single-family home, office building, shopping center, etc.). The analysis results are available as either a one-page short report or a detailed long report. The reports will be sent to you via email.
With VIDA EU Taxonomy analyses, you can perform a location-specific analysis of 28 acute and chronic physical climate risks for your residential and commercial properties, as relevant under the EU Taxonomy Regulation. Material hazards are assessed both for the present and for the future under different climate scenarios. For each risk, VIDA builds ensembles from different climate models and calculates a 31-year average for each of the three future years 2030, 2050 and 2080. The materiality classification also indicates how relevant the specific risk is to real estate. Reports can be ordered as a short report or a full report.
In addition to natural hazards, VIDA also assesses biodiversity at and around the selected location. The surrounding area is analyzed in terms of protected areas, endangered species, deforestation, air quality, and more. Similar to the natural hazard analysis, you need to provide the exact address or coordinates of the location and the property type. The result is a three-page description of the site’s conditions, which will be sent to you via email.
